Can I change or cancel my order?

I placed an order but didn’t get a confirmation email—what should I do?

- Confirm the email address entered at checkout

Do I need an account to place an order?
No—guest checkout is available. An account can help you save shipping details and review order history.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards and any other payment options shown at checkout (availability may vary by location).
Do you offer discount or promo codes?

- One code per order unless stated otherwise

Do you ship internationally?

Will I have to pay duties or customs fees?
International orders may be subject to duties/taxes/customs fees set by your country. These charges are not included in your purchase total and are the customer’s responsibility.
My order is delayed—what should I do?
Carrier delays can happen due to weather, peak periods, or customs. Email [email protected] with your order number and we’ll assist with tracking.
Tracking shows “Delivered,” but I didn’t receive my package
Please check:
- Your mailbox/mailroom/front desk/reception
- Nearby safe-drop areas around your entrance
- With neighbors/household members
If it still can’t be located, contact the carrier directly. You can also email us and we’ll assist where possible.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Can I return opened or used items?
No. For hygiene and safety reasons, we don’t accept returns on opened or used items.
What if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?

- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging (and shipping label if possible)

When will I receive my refund?
