At MANUCELLA, we want you to feel confident about every home & living purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to resolve it. Please read the policy below for details on returns, refunds, and replacements.
1) Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, all of the following must be met:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Unused, uninstalled, and in original condition (no wipe marks, cleaning marks, or signs of handling beyond inspection)
- Returned in original packaging, including manuals, accessories, hardware/fasteners, tags, protective films, and seals (if applicable)
- Includes proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
For product integrity and safety, we cannot accept returns for items that are used/installed, show visible wear, scratches, stains, missing components, or have damaged/broken seals.
2) Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used or installed products
- Items labeled Final Sale / Non-returnable
- Gift cards
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Any product damaged due to misuse, improper installation, mishandling, or normal wear and tear
- Opened cleaning/consumable products (e.g., refill oils, cleaners), where applicable
3) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged in transit, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos/videos of the item and packaging (outer box, protective materials, and shipping label)
If approved, we may offer replacement parts, a replacement, or a refund, depending on the situation and item availability.
4) How to Start a Return
To request a return authorization, contact our support team:

Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
5) Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective/incorrect item).
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- MANUCELLA is not responsible for return shipments that are lost, delayed, or sent to the wrong address.
6) Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved or denied.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear (depends on your bank/payment provider)
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged/incorrect item)
7) Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you’d like a different item, please return the eligible product for a refund and place a new order.
8) Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing time:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your card issuer (posting times vary)
- Contact your bank (processing delays can occur)

9) Order Cancellations
We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to cancel:
- If the order has not shipped, we may be able to cancel it
- If the order has shipped, it must follow the standard return process
10) Return Address & Instructions
All returns must be authorized in advance. You must obtain MANUCELLA’s return instructions (e.g., return label or shipping requirements) before sending anything back.
